 2 slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces and cooked
 Green onions2 , sliced
 Lettuce1 Cup (16 tbs), finely shredded
 All purpose flour1 Teaspoon
 Chicken broth1/3 Cup (16 tbs), canned
 Peas1 Can (10oz), drained
 Water chestnuts1 Can (10oz), sliced
 Seasoned salt1

Directions

Add onion to cooked bacon; cook until tender.
Add lettuce; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in flour.
Add chicken broth; cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add peas and water chestnuts; mix lightly and heat.
Season to taste with seasoned salt.
