Ingredients

 Egg1
 Dairy sour cream1 Cup(16 tbs)
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon
 Sugar2 Tablespoon
 Flour1 Tablespoon
 1-1 Lb. Can Pears, drained
 Brown sugar1/4 Cup(16 tbs), firmly packed
 Flour1/3 Cup(16 tbs)
 Nutmeg1/2 . Teaspoon
 Butter2 Tablespoon

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs slightly in small bowl; stir in sour cream and vanilla.
Mix sugar and 1 tbs flour; add these ingredients to sour cream mixture; mix well.
Quarter pears; arrange in a shallow baking dish.
Top with sour cream mixture.
Bake 15 minutes.
While pudding bakes, combine brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour and nutmeg in a second small bowl.
Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles corn meal.
Sprinkle over pudding and bake 15 minutes more.
