Ingredients

 2 small onions, halved then cut in julienne strips crosswise
 Butter3 Tablespoon
 1/4 cup sherry wine
 Paprika, to color
 Salt and white pepper, to taste
 Chicken bouillon cubes2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Bouillon cubes2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 French bread slice6
 Parmesan cheese slice6

Directions

MAKING
1.Heat butter in a pan and stir in onions.
2.Put wine, paprika, salt, pepper and stock in the pan and cook .
3.Put salt and pepper as per the taste.
4.Take oven proof cups or stone wares and with the spoon, put soup into the cups and add French bread.
5.Put fresh Parmesan cheese in the cups and heat in the oven the oven till the time cheese turns brown.

SERVING
6.Serve hot.
