French Onion Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 large onions, sliced thin and sauteed in butter until light brown | ||
| 2 cups beef stock or beef bouillon | ||
| Cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Toast | ||
| Parmesan Cheese | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Boil the sauteed onions in stock for 10 minutes.
Add cream, salt and pepper to taste.
Just before serving, add the Worcestershire sauce.
Put a thin slice of toast covered with Parmesan cheese into each bowl.
