Ingredients

 2 large onions, sliced thin and sauteed in butter until light brown
 2 cups beef stock or beef bouillon
 Cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 Toast
 Parmesan Cheese
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Boil the sauteed onions in stock for 10 minutes.
Add cream, salt and pepper to taste.
Just before serving, add the Worcestershire sauce.
Put a thin slice of toast covered with Parmesan cheese into each bowl.
