Ingredients

 Onions2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Butter/Margarine2 1/2 Tablespoon
 Beef broth3 Can (10oz), condensed
 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
 2 French or hard rolls, sliced and toasted
 Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook onions in butter till lightly browned.
Add broth and Worcestershire.
Bring to boil; season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle toast with Parmesan cheese.
Pour soup into bowls; float toast.
For a gourmet touch, place in preheated broiler a few seconds till cheese is lightly browned.
