French Onion Soup Recipe

| French bread slice | 5 | |
| Shredded Swiss cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
In 3-quart casserole, place butter, onions and garlic.
Microwave at high (10) 5 to 8 minutes until onions are tender.
Add beef broth, sherry, salt and pepper; stir to blend.
Microwave at high (10) 10 to 12 minutes.
