Country Style French Onion Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Onions | 6 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie tub margarine | ||
| 4 packets low-sodium instant beef broth mix | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Shredded Swiss cheese | 4 1/2 Ounce | |
Directions
1. In large saucepan, combine onions and margarine; cover and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese, and 5 cups water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
