Fragrant French Onion Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese, if desired | ||
Directions
Melt butter in 3 quart Saucepan over medium heat.
Fry onions until a deep golden brown.
Add beef stock and seasonings.
Cover and simmer over low heat—about 45 minutes.
Serve with toasted bread cubes and Parmesan cheese.
