French Mocha Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
| Chocolate square | 3 , melted (sweet) | |
| Instant coffee | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Hot water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Icing sugar | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Egg | 2 | |
| Soft butter | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) |
Directions
Mix chocolate, coffee and water in a small beater bowl.
Beat in icing sugar and eggs, then add butter, 2 tablespoons at a time, and continue beating until mixture is thick.
Chill until a spready consistency.
Fill and frost an 8-or 9-inch layer cake.
Chill until icing is set.
