 Cottage cheese1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Egg1 , Well beaten
 3 cups cooked, mashed potatoes
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Paprika1/8 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1/4 Teaspoon
 Horseradish2 Teaspoon, freshly grated
 Eggs2
 Milk2 Tablespoon
 8 cups corn flakes, crushed, or 2 cups cornflake crumbs

Directions

Combine cottage cheese, onion, egg, potatoes, seasonings, and horseradish; mix well.
Shape into small balls, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Beat eggs and milk together.
Roll balls in cornflakes crumbs, then in egg-milk mixture; roll again in cornflake crumbs.
Fry in deep hot oil at 375° about 2 minutes, or until crisp and well browned.
