Ingredients

 Fresh lemon juice or vinegar - 1/2 cup
 Olive or other salad oil - 1 1/2 cups
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Powdered mustard - 1 teaspoon
 Cayenne1 Dash

Directions

MAKING
1.Take a 1 quart glassjar and put vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, cayenne and mustard in it.
2.Put the lid on and shake the ingredients well.
3.Refrigerate.

SERVING
4.Serve drizzled over salads.
