French Coffee Icing Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons powdered instant coffee
4 tablespoons boiling water
1 cup warmed honey
1 teaspoon brandy
Directions
Beat butter until soft.
Add salt.
Dissolve coffee in boiling water.
Add to butter.
Gradually beat in honey, continuing to beat for 2 minutes.
Add brandy.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Beat again for 2 minutes.
Add salt.
