French Cinnamon Tea Cake Recipe
French Cinnamon Tea Cake as name suggest it is served with tea. French Cinnamon Tea Cake gets its rich flavor from eggs mixed in flour and flavored with cinnamon and vanilla essence.
Ingredients

| 2 oz. castor sugar | ||
| Melted butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Few drops vanilla essence | ||
| Flour | 4 Ounce | |
| Melted butter | ||
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (Topping) | |
Directions
Separate egg yolk fro white.
Whisk egg white till stiff and peaky then gradually whisk in sugar, followed by yolk.
Fold in milk and essence and lastly flour and butter.
Turn mixture into well greased 7 inch sandwich tin.
Bake towards top of oven (375°F.€”Gas Mark 4) for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven, brush top with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
