Ingredients

 1 onion, cut in half vertically and thinly sliced
 Green bell pepper3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chicken breast package1 , flavored
 1/2 cup fat-free honey Dijon salad dressing
 French bread package1/2
 Mozzarella cheese slice4 , Processed

Directions

1. Preheat broiler.
2. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray, place over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion and bell pepper,- saute 8 minutes or until very tender, adding water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to prevent scorching. Remove from heat, stir in chicken and salad dressing. Set aside, and keep warm.
3. Split bread in half horizontally,- place bread halves on a baking sheet. Spoon chicken mixture onto bottom half of loaf, top with cheese slices.
4. Broil 1 1/2 minutes or until cheese melts and bread is lightly toasted. Place top half of loaf over cheese. Cut loaf diagonally into 4 equal portions.
