French Beef Bake Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef roast | 2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme leaf | 1/2 Teaspoon, crumbled | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Apple cider | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White kidney beans | 2 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Onions | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Parsley | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a medium-size frying pan brown beef in butter or margarine, stir in salt, thyme, pepper and cider and heat to boil.
2. Into a 6-cup baking dish spoon the beef, stir in beans and onions and cover.
3. In moderate oven bake at 375° for 30 minutes such that bubbly-hot.
SERVING
4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with French bread, if desired.
