French Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients

 
2 qts. fresh green beans €” cut on slant
 
1 onion
 
Salt and pepper.
 
2 tsp. sugar
 
2 tsp. vinegar
 
1 c. dairy sour cream

Directions

1. Wash and cut beans, then cook in boiling salted water just until tender (5 min.)
2. Drain and cool.
3. Combine sugar, vinegar, sour cream.
4. Add to beans, then slice in an onion.
5. Stir well and season to taste.
6.This keeps well in the refrigerator for several days.
