 250g French beans, topped and tailed, blanched and cooled
 Butter bean185 Gram, drained
 Cucumber1/2 , chopped
 Pepper red1/2 To taste, cut into thin strips
 1/2 Spanish onion, halved and sliced
 Basil2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Vinaigrette5 Tablespoon
 1 small mignonette lettuce
 Cherry tomatoes4 , halved

Directions

Place French beans, butterbeans, cucumber, red pepper, onion and basil in a salad bowl.
Pour vinaigrette over salad, toss well, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Line a platter with the lettuce leaves.
Arrange salad on top, with tomato halves.
