French Bean Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 250g French beans, topped and tailed, blanched and cooled | ||
| Butter bean | 185 Gram, drained | |
| Cucumber | 1/2 , chopped | |
| Pepper red | 1/2 To taste, cut into thin strips | |
| 1/2 Spanish onion, halved and sliced | ||
| Basil | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Vinaigrette | 5 Tablespoon | |
| 1 small mignonette lettuce | ||
| Cherry tomatoes | 4 , halved | |
Directions
Place French beans, butterbeans, cucumber, red pepper, onion and basil in a salad bowl.
Pour vinaigrette over salad, toss well, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Line a platter with the lettuce leaves.
Arrange salad on top, with tomato halves.
