Ingredients

 French Beans300 Gram
 Onion1 Large, chopped
 1 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
 Red chillies2 , broken
 Turmeric powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Cumin powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Coriander powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Gram flour1 Teaspoon
 Egg1
 Oil for shallow frying

Directions

Trim French beans, chop and boil in water for about 5 minutes till tender.
Drain.
Combine all ingredients except gram flour, egg and oil and grind to a smooth paste.
Mix in gram flour and egg.
Pinch off lime-sized balls of mixture and roll into tightly packed kababs.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over moderate heat and fry kababs in batches till brown.
Drain and place on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
Serve hot with sliced onions and green chillies.
