 French Beans500 Gram
 1 tbsp soya sauce
 Sesame oil1 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Ginger1 Tablespoon, chopped (Dressing)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Sesame seeds1 Tablespoon, roasted (Dressing)
 Sesame seeds1 Tablespoon, roasted (Garnish)

Directions

Wash French beans, string and trim ends and leave whole.
Blanch, drain and transfer to a salad bowl.
Combine ingredients for dressing in a small bowl and whisk till well blended.
Pour over beans and toss well to mix.
Sprinkle remaining sesame seeds over salad and refrigerate till ready to serve.
