Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl, cream the butter and sugar using an electric mixer
2) Add in the eggs and mix well
3) Tip in the flour and baking powder alternating with milk and mix well after each addition
4) Pour half the batter into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish
5) Cream the cottage cheese, melted butter, salt and the eggs using an electric mixer
6) Top the batter with the filling
7) Pour the remaining batter
8) Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 350 F

SERVING
9) Cut into squares and serve warm with some maple syrup, honey or cream
