Freezer Strawberry Jam Recipe
Ingredients
2 c. fresh strawberries
4 c. sugar
1 pkg. pectin
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
Mash strawberries; stir in sugar.
Dissolve pectin in 1 cup water; boil for 1 minute.
Add lemon juice.
Pour over strawberries and sugar.
Mix well.
Place in con- tainers; let stand overnight to dissolve sugar.
Freeze.
