Freezer Mix Stroganoff Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 container frozen Beef-Mushroom Freezer Mix | ||
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dairy sour cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups hot cooked noodles or rice | ||
Directions
Dip container of frozen mix into hot water just to loosen.
In 2 quart saucepan, heat frozen mix and water to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring frequently, until mix is thawed, about 20 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and heat.
Serve over noodles.
