Directions

Prepare Enchiladas except place filled tortillas in ungreased baking pan, 13x9x2 inches; do not bake.
Cover pan with aluminum foil and label; freeze no longer than 2 months.
To serve: Pour 1/3 cup water over frozen enchiladas; cover and bake in 350° oven 1 hour.
Uncover and bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 15 minutes longer.
