3 pound beef boneless rump roast, frozen
1 envelope (7/8 ounce) onion gravy mix
6 medium carrots, halved crosswise and lengthwise
6 small onions
6 stems celery, coarsely sliced

Place frozen roast in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover tightly.

Turn roast over.
