3 pound beef round-bone chuck roast, frozen
 
1 envelope (1 1/4 -ounces) dried onion soup mix
 
1 onion, sliced and separated into rings

Directions

Place frozen meat in 2 1/2 quart casserole.
Cover tightly.
MICROWAVE 40 MINUTES on '5'.
Drain liquid.
Turn meat over.
Sprinkle with soup mix and spread evenly to edges.
Cover tightly.
MICROWAVE 30 to 40 MINUTES on '5', or until meat is fork tender.
Sprinkle onion rings over meat.
Let stand 10 minutes, tightly covered.
