Freezer Meatballs Recipe
These Freezer Meatballs are so very tasty and handy. You can use these seasoned and refrigerated ground beef balls as and when you want for different dishes ! Try out these Freezer Meatballs and come up with any suggestions.
Ingredients
| Eggs | 4 , beaten | |
| Milk | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Snipped parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried thyme | 1 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground beef | 3 Pound | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, thyme, and pepper.
Add ground beef.
Mix well.
Shape into sixty 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
Place on two 15x10x1-inch baking pans.
Bake in 350° oven 30 minutes.
Drain on paper toweling.
Cool.
Wrap in three 20-meatball packages.
Freeze up to six months.
In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, thyme, and pepper.
Add ground beef.
Mix well.
