Directions
1. Mix blueberries, sugar and orange peel in bowl; let stand 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Mix pectin and water in 4-cup measure. Microwave uncovered on high 2 minutes to 2 minutes 30 seconds or until boiling; stir. Microwave uncovered 1 minute longer; stir thoroughly.
3. Pour over blueberry mixture; stir 3 minutes. Pour mixture into freezerproof containers, leaving 1/2-inch headspace. Seal and freeze up to 6 months. Thaw and stir before serving. About 5 half-pints jam; 30 calories per tablespoon.
