Frappe Recipe

Ingredients

 
Crushed ice
 
15 ml (1/2 measure) Cointreau
 
30 ml (1 measure) Parfait Amour

Directions

Fill a large brandy balloon with crushed ice.
Pour over Cointreau, then Parfait Amour.
Stir gently with a swizzle stick.
Decorate with violets, if desired.
