Franks and Hash Browns Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Frankfurters | 6 , sliced | |
| 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons bacon drippings or margarine, melted | ||
| 6 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced | ||
| 1 or 2 large carrots, shredded | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In bacon drippings, sauté the onion and franks.
2) Add the potatoes and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or till the potatoes have turned golden brown, frequently stirring.
3) Add carrots and continue cooking till the preparation has heated thoroughly.
SERVING
4) Serve hot.
