Franks And Beans Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Canned beans | 4 Ounce, baked | |
| 1 large pita (2 ounces), toasted | ||
| 3 ounces chicken frankfurters, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices | ||
| 3/4 ounce reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded | ||
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray small nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat; add onion, cover, and cook over medium heat until translucent, about 2 minutes. Stir in beans; cover and cook until heated, about 3 minutes.
2. On baking sheet arrange pita; top with frankfurters and onion-bean mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
3. To serve, cut into quarters.
