Let sit 10 minutes.
Combine flour, salt, milk and yeast mixture.
Add enough lukewarm water until soft dough forms.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Roll out dough (makes two 15 inch pizza pans or 3 cookie sheets).
Put in greased pans.
Spread with your favourite sauce and toppings.
Bake in hot 425Â°F oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
