Frankfurters with Cheese and Bacon Recipe

Directions
Place frankfurters in a pan, cover with water, bring to the boil and simmer 2-3 minutes, drain and cool.
Split frankfurters almost through, spread inside with mustard and ketchup, add cheese slices and close.
Wrap each frankfurter with a strip of bacon and fasten with a tooth pick.
Place on the grid over medium hot coals and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning often, until cheese starts to melt and bacon is crisp and golden.
