Frankfurter Goulash Recipe

Ingredients
Frankfurters – 1 ½ pounds
Butter – 2 tablespoons
Onion – 2 cups, chopped
Garlic – 1 clove, finely chopped
Paprika – 1 tablespoon
Dried Dill Weed – 1 teaspoon
Caraway Seeds – 1 teaspoon
Boiling Water – 1 cup
Canned Sauerkraut – 1 (1 pound, 11 ounce), drained
Dairy Sour Cream – 2 cups
Directions
MAKING
1) Using a sharp knife, cut the frankfurters in half crosswise
2) Into a dutch oven melt some butter and sauté the onion, garlic and paprika
3) Add in the frankfurters, dill, caraway, bouillon cube and boiling water
4) Bring the water to a boil and then reduce the heat for about 15 minutes
5) Add in the sauerkraut and simmer for about 15 minutes longer
6) Stir in the sour cream and allow to heat through
7) Serve with some boiled or mashed potatoes
