Frankfurter Salad Buns Recipe
Ingredients
| Frankfurters | 4 | |
| Butter/Margarine | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Split frankfurter rolls - 4 , toasted | ||
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Coleslaw - 2 cups (1-pound container) | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Using a knife, score frankfurters.
2. Melt half the butter in a frying pan, saute them just until hot.
3. Using a butter knife, apply toasted rolls with remaining butter or margarine and mustard; fill with coleslaw, then finally add a frankfurter.
4. You can add sliced sweet yellow wax pepper, if you like.
SERVING
5. Serve hot.
