Frankfurter Fiesta Recipe

| Catsup | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |

| Cider vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Seasoned salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1⁄2 Teaspoon |

Directions
1. In large frying pan, melt butter. Saute onion until golden; mix in chili powder; cook 1 minute longer.
2. Keep the frankfurters in single layer in frying pan, using a spatula to turn and coat with seasoned-onion mixture.
3. In a 1-cup measure, mix catsup, water, sugar, cider vinegar, seasoned salt, Worcestershire sauce. Pour over frankfurters.
4. Cover the frying pan with a lid. Simmer over hot coals 10 minutes, or until frankfurters are puffed and heated through.
SERVING
5. Serve hot.
