Frankfurter And Bacon Kebabs Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 Frankfurters, each cut into 4 pieces | ||
| Pineapple | 1 Large, cut in to chunks | |
| Bacon rashers | 8 , rolled | |
| Onions | 8 Small | |
| 2 green peppers, pith and seeds removed and cut into pieces | ||
| 50 g/2 oz butter, melted | ||
Directions
Thread the frankfurter pieces onto eight skewers, alternating with pineapple chunks, bacon slice rolls, onions and pieces of green pepper.
Brush with melted butter and barbecue for about 15 minutes, turning frequently and basting with the melted butter.
Serve hot.
