 8 Frankfurters, each cut into 4 pieces
 Pineapple1 Large, cut in to chunks
 Bacon rashers8 , rolled
 Onions8 Small
 2 green peppers, pith and seeds removed and cut into pieces
 50 g/2 oz butter, melted

Directions

Thread the frankfurter pieces onto eight skewers, alternating with pineapple chunks, bacon slice rolls, onions and pieces of green pepper.
Brush with melted butter and barbecue for about 15 minutes, turning frequently and basting with the melted butter.
Serve hot.
