1/2 11 ounce can Boston brown bread cut in 4 slices Butter or margarine softened
1 9 ounce can pork and beans in tomato sauce
1 tablespoon catsup
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon instant minced onion
2 frankfurters split lengthwise
1/4 cup shredded sharp natural Cheddar cheese
Directions
Spread bread with butter; place 2 slices on each luncheon plate.
In small skillet, combine pork and beans, catsup, mustard, and instant minced onion; mix.
Add franks; cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Spoon mixture over brown bread slices; top with shredded cheese.
