 Frankfurters1/2 pound, cut into pieces
 Rice grain1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomato sauce1 8 Ounce
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 10-ounce package frozen mixed vegetables, slightly thawed
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Dash bottled hot pepper sauce

Directions

Combine frankfurters with remaining ingredients in 2-quart casserole, breaking up frozen vegetables with fork.
Bake, covered, at 375° for 1 hour or till heated through.
Stir once or twice during baking time.
