Fragrant Fresh Herb Recipe
Ingredients
| Pasta | 500 Gram, dried | |
| Extra virgin olive oil | 8 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Leaf | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley, finely chopped | ||
| Finely chopped oregano | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary, thyme or sage | ||
| Salt, black pepper | ||
Directions
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water, until firm to the bite.
While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a large frying pan.
Add garlic and herbs, and cook over medium heat until fragrant, 1 minute.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
Add pasta to the hot sauce.
Toss well to coat, adding reserved water as needed.
Serve immediately.
