Ingredients

 Pasta500 Gram, dried
 Extra virgin olive oil8 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 Leaf1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley, finely chopped
 Finely chopped oregano2 Tablespoon
 1/2 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary, thyme or sage
 Salt, black pepper

Directions

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water, until firm to the bite.
While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a large frying pan.
Add garlic and herbs, and cook over medium heat until fragrant, 1 minute.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
Add pasta to the hot sauce.
Toss well to coat, adding reserved water as needed.
Serve immediately.
