2 cups soy yogurt
 
1 cup frozen berries and banana, sliced
 
nuts (almonds and walnuts)
 
whole wheat homemade bread
 
margarine
 
jam
 
Hot Multi Grain Cereal with Fruit:
 
1 1/2 cup water
 
1/2 cup cereal
 
1 cup fruits (berries)
 
pinch of salt
 
agave nectar
 
soy milk
 
Muesli with Fruit:
 
1/2 cup muesli
 
black berries
 
rice milk

Directions

Smoothie & Toast:
In a blender, combine almond milk, berries, banana, and flax meal.
Blend them until smooth.
Toast the bread.
Spread margarine, butter, and jam over toast.
Enjoy!!
Nugget Cereal with Fruit:
Slice the fruits and place in a bowl.
Pour milk in another bowl.
Add cereal to the milk.
Enjoy your breakfast!!
Yogurt with Fruits & Nuts & Toast:
In a bowl, combine yogurt with fruits and nuts.
Toast the bread.
Spread margarine, and jam over toast.
