1 lb. Pasta
 
1 lrg red pepper, sliced
 
1 lrg yellow pepper, sliced
 
1 lrg green pepper, sliced
 
1 lrg onion, sliced
 
2 cloves garlic, minced
 
4 Tblsp. Olive oil
 
4 Tblsp. Balsalmic vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
 
3/4 tsp. Leaf basil
 
Black pepper to taste

Directions

In saucepan, cook pasta, drain.
In skillet,over medium hi, heat oil and cook peppers, onion, and garlic.and a touch of salt until vegetables are tender and slightly browned. About 15 minutes. Stir in sugar, vinegar, basil, and fresh cracked black pepper, heat through. Toss with pasta and pass the Parmesan!
