Ingredients

 Orange juice - 1 cup unsweetened
 Skim milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Fresh strawberries - 1 1/2 cups, washed and hulled
 Unsweetened crushed pineapple - 1 can (8-ounce), undrained
 Ripe banana - 1 medium-size
 Coconut extract1/4 Teaspoon
 Ice cubes1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1. In container of an electric blender combine first 6 ingredients and process until smooth.
2. Add ice cubes and process until smooth.

SERVING
3. Pour into glosses and garnish with strawberry slices, if desired.
4. Serve immediately.
