Ingredients

 Cranberry juice3 Cup (16 tbs), chilled
 Apple Juice1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chilled
 Orange juice3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chilled
 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons lemon juice, chilled
 Ginger ale1 1/2 Bottle (1l), chilled

Directions

MAKING
1.In a large skillet. Put the fish and season it with salt and pepper.
2.In a large bowl mix, tomatoes, pepper, onion, celery and water and put it over the fish.
3.Let the ingredients boil.
4.Once done, lower the flame and let the ingredients cook for 20 minutes.

SERVING
5.Toss over cooked rice and serve.
