Four Day Pickles Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 quarts unpeeled cucumbers, large or small, cut in 1 inch slices | ||
| 2 quarts peeled silverskin onions | ||
| 2 medium cauliflowers, broken into bite-sized pieces | ||
Directions
Pour over cut-up vegetables 1 1/2 cups pickling salt and boiling water to cover.
