Four Bean Salad Recipe
My longing for Four Bean Salad strengthened during high school days. Four Bean Salad makes a yummy Side Dish. Stock up on bags full of Vegetable as you will want to make this Four Bean Salad a lot. Will you be able to suggest a recipe on par with this Four Bean Salad recipe? I doubt.
Ingredients
2 cups canned kidneybeans, heated
1 cup French Dressing
2 cups whole cooked green beans
1 cup celery hearts and leaves, chopped
Crisp lettuce
2 cups cut cooked Italian green beans
2 cups Sour Cream Salad
Dressing
1 large Bermuda onion
2 cups cooked baby Lima beans
1 large green pepper
12 large stuffed olives
Directions
Rinse and drain kidney beans, then mix with whole green beans, cut Italian green beans, and baby Lima beans.
While still warm, toss with French Dressing.
Allow to marinate an hour or two, then add celery.
Arrange lettuce in a large salad bowl.
Combine beans with 1 cup Sour Cream Salad Dressing and pile on top of lettuce.
Garnish with rings of Bermuda onion, rings of green pepper (remove the seeds), and sliced stuffed olives.
