Fortune Cookies Recipe
These Fortune Cookies are awesome ! You'll really feel that you have hit upon a big fortune once you taste these irresistible crunchy golden brown cakes ! Just try out and let me know if you like these Fortune Cookies !
Ingredients
3 eggs
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
Directions
Beat eggs with an electric beater for 2 minutes.
Add sugar gradually, beating for 10 minutes.
Fold in flour and lemon extract and continue to beat for another 2 minutes.
Turn an electric grill to medium heat, drop a tablespoonful of batter till it spreads to about 3 inches in diameter.
Cook for 1/2 minute on each side or till cakes become golden brown.
While they are still hot and pliable, place a fortune telling paper in center, and fold up the cake from 3 sides.
Allow to cool.
Will make about 30 cookies.
