Fortified Yogurt Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 large eating apple | ||
| Natural yogurt | 1/4 Pint | |
| Juice of 1/2 lemon | ||
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Rolled oats | 8 Tablespoon | |
| Hazelnuts | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
1. Remove the core of the apple and chop half into small pieces. Slice the remaining half and sprinkle with a little of the lemon juice.
2. Mix the yogurt, lemon juice and honey thoroughly until blended together.
3. Stir in the rolled oats and chopped nuts and serve, using the apple slices to decorate the top.
