 Diced tomatoes1 Can (10oz), undrained
 Chicken broth1 Can (10oz)
 Tomato Paste1 Can (10oz)
 Green peppers2 Medium, chopped
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 Celery ribs3 , chopped
 Garlic5 Clove (5gm), minced
 Parsley flakes3 Teaspoon, dried
 Dried basil2 Teaspoon
 Dried oregano1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Cayenne pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Hot pepper sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
 1 pound smoked sausage, halved and cut into 1/4-inch slices
 Medium shrimp1/2 pound, deveined
 Hot cooked rice

Directions

In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine the tomatoes, broth and tomato paste.
Stir in green peppers, onion, celery, garlic and seasonings.
Stir in chicken and sausage.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is tender.
Stir in the shrimp.
Cover and cook 15-30 minutes longer or until shrimp turn pink.
