Forcemeat Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 hard-cooked egg yolks | ||
| Milk | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 3 tablespoons fine bread crumbs | ||
| 1/2 cup ground cooked meat, poultry or game | ||
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Unbleached flour | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Mash egg yolks with milk and mix with remaining ingredients.
Flour hands and form small balls the size of a nutmeg.
Drop into gently boiling water or broth and cook until they rise to the surface
