1 cup tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon tobasco or capsico sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon cornflour
Directions
Place the fresh tomato puree in a saucepan along with the mint. Add one cup tomato ketchup, one tablespoon tobasco or capsico sauce, one teaspoon sugar and one tablespoon cornflour mixed in three tablespoons water. Stir over a high flame and bring to a fast boil. Taste for salt. Serve along with fillets. Takes 10-12 minutes to make.
